Matured in a first fill 25L South Australian, Seppeltsfield Cooperage, European Oak, Oloroso Sherry Cask. Matured for 3 years and then flocked in a short flock method where we retain the viscous and rich mouthfeel and flavours of the heavy oils which are often lost during a longer flock.
